RightCrowd appoints director of customer success

RightCrowd announced the appointment of Rick Batchelor as its new director of customer success.

According to the company, Batchelor will be responsible for driving customer engagement and satisfaction by developing programs and processes that drive adoption, retention and growth for RightCrowd’s clients.

Prior to joining RightCrowd, Batchelor served as the senior customer success manager at Igloo Software.
